Short Bio
Miloš Madić was born in 1981 in Niš. He completed graduate studies in 2006 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Niš, and in 2013, at the same faculty, he completed doctoral academic studies. From 2008 to 2011 he was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia. Since 2012, he has been employed at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš as research associate. In 2016 he was elected to the position of assistant, and in 2019 he was elected to the position of assistant with a doctoral degree. In 2020 he was elected to the position of assistant professor for the scientific field Production systems and technologies. He is the author of three university textbooks and one monograph. He has published more than 150 papers and 3 technical solutions. He was a member of the committees of several international conferences. He has reviewed more than 30 papers in international journals with impact factor. He participated in the realization of several domestic and international scientific research projects. As a professor at the Department for production and information technologies he is engaged in several courses.

My experience as an assistant professor and a researcher at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Niš, along with my involvement in numerous scientific research projects, has honed my expertise in digital innovation and process optimization. With a strong publication record and contributions to various international conferences, I am well-equipped to guide startups in integrating advanced digital technologies into their products and services. This program will enable me to share my knowledge and support startups in achieving their innovation goals.

For the past six years worked on national research projects as a scholar of Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Serbia and research associate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering University of Nis. In 2013 finished PhD studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering University of Nis. Main areas of research include artificial intelligence methods, mathematical modeling and optimization, laser cutting, machining, design of experiments, Taguchi's quality improvement, decision making methods.
